Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels

The hotel was lovely on the inside. We were very happy with our room, it was clean and reasonably spacious. The location was excellent, a short walk to everything.

Although we arrived earlier than check in time, thining we would just leave the luggages, the receptionist (apologies for not remembering her name) was most kind to check us in, as it was heavilly raining. Thanks again, for the nice welcoming gesture! Generally all the staff were very gentle and assisting. The location was very convinient, extremely close to grand place, galeries royales saint hubert, etc

The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and really nice turn down service. The lobby is nice and the location was great. The man on reception early morning was very friendly and professional (thank you, didnt catch his name)

Staff were brilliant. Location was excellent and the front entrance of the hotel is opposite to the front entrance of the Wolf market. 15min walk from Central Station. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Upon check in, my child was given a kids pack with colouring in etc and a complimentary drink at the bar. You just need to be weary if you have allergies otherwise everything else was excellent.
